Although The Rowan Tree is run primarily as a small, very personal Scottish highland hotel, we can also offer exclusive use, allowing you to treat the hotel as your home for a period of time. Exclusive use ensures your guests can freely enjoy all the areas of the Hotel so that you truly create your very own relaxed environment.

Enjoy a relaxed and tranquil family weekend, a special corporate getaway weekend, a gathering or reunion, or a very special celebration, in the stunning natural beauty of the Cairngorms countryside. Unwind from the stresses of everyday life so you can give your full attention to your guests or delegates.

Enjoy the highland charm, quiet elegance and warm atmosphere of this lovely country hotel, as well as excellent dining, entertainment which we can arrange, and a host of superb activities we can help you organize locally, such as golf, great fishing, adventure safaris, mountain sports and tuition, 4 x 4 driving and rafting, castle and distillery tours, whisky tastings.

Exclusive use rates are available upon request and special ‘out of season’ rates are available. Maximum single accommodation for 11 guests, double or sharing for 20. The bedrooms can of course be relet to your guests to reduce the exclusive use fee.

EXCLUSIVE USE TARIFFS

To use the whole hotel on an Exclusive Use basis our tariff is £1645.00 per night on a bed and breakfast basis and £2245 00 on a dinner, bed and breakfast basis.
