Dogs, Kids, Phones and Other Things
Dogs
Well behaved dogs are welcome in the hotel. If you are bringing your dog with you, please don’t forget to bring their bed, blanket, food and bowl.
If you prefer, we also have bedrooms which we keep "dog free".
In either event, please let us know when booking.
Dogs are charged at £3.50 per dog per night
Families
We are happy to accommodate children on pull out beds. Prices quoted in tariff above.
Mobile Phones
Mobile phones are wonderful things but, to avoid disturbing other guests,
we ask that they are only used in private & are switched off in our
public areas.
Smoking Policy
The hotel is completely non-smoking.
Booking Conditions
All prices shown include VAT at 17.5%. If there is any change in the VAT
rate, prices will be amended accordingly.
We do not usually request a deposit, preferring to ask for a credit or debit card guarantee. If you prefer to send a cheque, we ask for a deposit of £25.00 per person.
If you cancel your reservation within 3 days of the confirmed date of arrival, we reserve the right to make a cancellation charge of £25.00 per person. if booking is cancelled with in 48 hours we reserve the right to take full payment. Cancellations more than 4 days prior, will not incur a cancellation charge.
Check in time is 2.00pm onwards or earlier by prior arrangement. We ask you to vacate your room by 10.30 am on your day of departure.
