In preparing our menu, we look to offer a selection of dishes that will appeal to all tastes, utilising the many different Tastes of Scotland and presenting them to you in an interesting way.
All the dishes are individually prepared for you by us personally, using only the freshest ingredients, sourced locally, wherever possible. Some dishes inevitably take a little longer to prepare, your patience will be both appreciated and rewarded.
