Dogs, Kids, Phones and Other Things

Dogs
Well behaved dogs are welcome in the hotel. If you are bringing your dog with you, please don’t forget to bring their bed, blanket, food and bowl.

If you prefer, we also have bedrooms which we keep "dog free".

In either event, please let us know when booking.

Families
We are happy to welcome children to our hotel and have a choice of spacious family rooms.

Mobile Phones
Mobile phones are wonderful things but, to avoid disturbing other guests, we ask that they are only used in private & are switched off in our public areas.

Smoking Policy
For the comfort of our guests, the Residents' Bar has been set aside as the only smoking area within the Hotel. Everywhere else, including the bedrooms, is No Smoking. We ask all our guests to respect this policy.

Booking Conditions
All prices shown include VAT at 17.5%%. If there is any change in the VAT rate, prices will be amended accordingly.

We do not usually request a deposit, preferring to ask for a credit or debit card guarantee. If you prefer to send a cheque, we ask for a deposit of £25.00 per person.

If you cancel your reservation within 21 days of the confirmed date of arrival and we are unable to re-let your room, we reserve the right to make a cancellation charge of £25.00 per person. Cancellations more than 21 days prior, will not incur a cancellation charge.

Check in time is 2.00pm onwards or earlier by prior arrangement. We ask you to vacate your room by 10.30 am on your day of departure.
