1 Highland Folk Museum - An attraction for all ages. This open air Museum is a mile in length and an average visit takes four to five hours. The Museum shows how our ancestors lived, built their homes, tilled the soil and how they dressed.
2 Monarch Country - The TV series ‘Monarch of the Glen’ has shown just what a beautiful part of Scotland this is. Many of the scenes are filmed in the area around us. The area's diversity of landscape and magnificent scenery ranges from the high plateau of the Cairngorms at over four thousand feet in height on the one side, to the wild and remote Monadhliath mountains on the other and along the great sweep of the line of the River Spey through moorland and forest in the south to wider agricultural landscapes in the north east.
